We stock a wide variety of fresh regular chicken and fresh free range chicken. Your choice of chicken is available in bulk, prime cuts, mixed packs and specialty value added products. We cut fresh regular chicken as well as fresh free range chicken on site at our factory. We can cut to your specifications, given prior notice.
FRESH FROZEN CHICKEN
We freeze a variety of fresh regular chicken and fresh free range chicken on the day of cutting, so as to prolong the shelf-life and to add convenience to customers who prefer to stock up for future use. ALL fresh frozen chicken products, are pure chicken with NO brining or added water ensuring that you get good quality chicken when defrosted.
FROZEN VEGETABLES
We stock frozen vegetables that are prepped and ready to cook providing our customers with no wastage and convenience.Being frozen at source, the vitamins and minerals are locked in and provide a healthy backup to store in the freezer.
VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS
We stock a wide range of crumbed chicken products that are convenient and tasty. They are produced with real prime cut chicken and add convenience to any meal.
INDIVIDUALLY QUICK FROZEN PRODUCTS
A range of INDIVIDUALLY QUICK FROZEN (IQF) chicken products. These are blast frozen and contain a certain amount of brining and water to improve the taste and texture of the chicken.
CHICKEN TERTIARIES / OFFAL
We stock all the chicken tertiaries including but not limited to chicken hearts, necks, gizzards, soup packs, liver, feet, etc as well as dog food and treats.
